REFUND POLICY
GENERAL POLICY
Since all purchases are processed offline after enquiry and quotation, refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the final invoice, purchase agreement, or contract signed between Athrux and the client.
DEPOSITS AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS
Any deposits or advance payments made for orders are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Exceptions may apply if Athrux is unable to fulfill the order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If an order is cancelled by the client after confirmation, refunds (if applicable) will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on work already undertaken, materials ordered, or costs incurred.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT
In the rare event that a product is delivered damaged or defective, Athrux will either arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as per the warranty terms provided at the time of purchase. Clients must notify us in writing within [insert number of days, e.g., 7 days] of delivery.
SERVICE AND CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom-built equipment, installation services, or consultancy, refunds are generally not applicable once the project has commenced.
